Learn how to plan and prepare simple plant-based recipes for any outdoor adventure. Whether you are taking your family to the park for the day, going on a weekend camping trip, or heading to the backcountry, there is a recipe for you. This training will focus on creating nutrient dense, delicious, plant-based meals with tips on low-cost and low-waste alternatives to purchasing. We’ll also cover tips on packing and preserving food for your outdoor adventure.
