Community Nature Connection's 2026-2029 Strategic Plan

In October 2026, CNC adopted the 2026-2029 ​Strategic Plan which will guide our internal and external work for the next three years. The 2026-29 Plan is centered on eight priorities meant to create an organization that is financially resilient, governance-aligned, and deeply rooted in community trust.

While not stated in the 2026-29 document, we carry forward the values laid out in our 2020 Strategic Plan when engaging the future work and priorities for the organization.

2026-2029 Strategic Planning Process

This year, Community Nature Connection worked with Poder Consulting Group to develop the building blocks for an updated organizational strategic plan. The 2026-2029 plan was adopted at CNC October 2026 Board meeting.
