About the Event
Please take a few minutes to read this section to prepare yourself for the day's events.
We will be meeting in Malibu Creek State Park at the first parking lot after the entrance.
CNC staff will be there to direct and provide parking passes.
What to bring: Refillable water bottle or water, (hydration packets for the water are optional), lunch, and/or a snack, a back pack, a hat, a change of shoes and/or extra socks, sun screen, wearing layers is a great idea as it will be hotter (85 degrees) in the afternoon and colder in the morning. Small binoculars are optional and fun. A bandana to sit on may come in handy. This park has flushing toilets at the trail head with Porta Potties along the trail. (Prepare accordingly with that in mind.)
